We're looking for an experienced and Certified Salesforce Administrator to join our close-knit team. The job is remote so anyone can apply (it'd be great if you lived in New England, but we won't hold that against you).

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

As for your day-to-day role, you can expect to be responsible for resolving business and usability issues, general support, maintenance, and overall improvement of our customer’s experience with Salesforce.com.

The job is remote, but you must be located in New England since some travel to clients will be necessary

  • You will be involved in a range of Salesforce related activities including setup of business processes/workflows, application configuration/administration, configuration of reporting and user dashboards, data mapping and migrations, and post deployment support activities

  • Train/support end users with the use of Salesforce

  • We do expect you to keep up-to-date on your knowledge of Salesforce and your certifications (we will cover the cost of re-certifications, and any additional Salesforce certifications exams you want to take)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS

  • Certified Salesforce Admin (201)

  • 3+ Years of Salesforce experience configuring, implementing, and administering Salesforce

  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including implementation best practices, systems analysis procedures, project techniques and practices

  • Demonstrable business process knowledge of Sales, Support, and Marketing

  • Understanding of relational databases, reporting, data integration tools, and data migration practices

  • Ability to work with diverse groups with varying levels of ability and skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Detail and Process Orientated

  • Possess good analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability

  • Strong focus on customer service

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving work environment

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ Years Experience as a Salesforce Administrator

  • Advanced SFDC Admin Certified (211)
